If there are any errors or shortages in your order call 01279 600 234 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or email info@universalpapersupplies.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
There is no charge for withdrawing an order. To cancel an order call 01279 600 234 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday), or email info@universalpapersupplies.co.uk quoting your customer number.
Complaints
It is in our interest to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur.
We will personally deal with all complaints as soon as possible, acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and keeping you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure.
